COMPLAINT AGAINST GARY E SMITH
This is the formal argument as presented to the disciplinary committee and the formal response from the Indiana Supreme Court sent about two weeks after receiving my complaint. Short version: They told me to go pound sand.
So, in due fairness to Gary E Smith, I note right here on the front page that he has prevailed against me on nearly every single legal point both in front of Judge Cox and the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. Therefore I freely offer this disclaimer for my LyingShyster.com website:
COURTS HAVE SIDED WITH ATTORNEY GARY E SMITH OF CONNERSVILLE, INDIANA AGAINST ME (ALBERT BARGER) CONTINUOUSLY. ALL OF MY COMPLAINTS HERE HAVE BEEN RULED LEGALLY INVALID. I specifically invite you to take my true words on this LyingShyster.com site with that grain of salt. How much you take that as a comment on Al Barger's legitimacy versus that of the courts is, of course, up to you.
