Imposter Trudy Monk Picture Gallery 2

So Natalie's sitting in a coffee shop when she sees a woman who looks just like the long dead Trudy Monk. Apparently Trudy has faked her own death to protect both Adrian and herself from some kind of mob hit over an expose she'd written. You can imagine the hope and anguish this idea causes Adrian, and how thoroughly this jerks the rug out from under his world view. She turns out to be an imposter of course, an actress named Cameron hired by an anonymous source trying to get at her old notes before the gangsters find them and make him a grease spot. Naturally the producers had Melora Hardin, the actress who played Trudy for the role. They got some of the best pathos of the show by the end when this Trudy dies in Adrian's arms.
